With over twenty four years of experience within the business and property sector, Mark Fitzgerald is a dedicated advocate for creating supportive living environments that cater to those in need.

As the one of the key founders of Social Spaces, Mark leads a dynamic team committed to bridging the gap between landlords, investors, and charitable organisations in recognising the pressing need in the market for landlords and investors who face challenges on a day to day basis.

By establishing Social Spaces, he aims to provide a streamlined solution through FRI leases that span from 3 to 10 years, ensuring that properties are not only profitable for investors but also serve as safe and supportive homes for vulnerable communities.

Driven by a passion for social impact, Mark and his elite team work tirelessly to connect property owners with charities and support providers.
